Etherlive event network deployments range from internet and Wi-Fi in a venue which doesn’t have enough in-house services, through to large scale multi-day tours, exhibitions and festivals which need CCTV, telephony, Wi-Fi, networking, payment systems and high speed connectivity. Badminton Horse Trials, RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Barclaycard British Summer Time (Hyde Park), The Americas Cup, The Royal Windsor Horse Show, Bestival Festival and WOMAD are amongst many customers who rely on Etherlive to make sure their events are powered by the right network services.
Co-founded by Chris Green and Tom McInerney in 2008, who between them have over 40 years of IT experience across small, medium and enterprise organisations, the business has maintained its core values of fairness, openness and innovation to develop a strong technical base of knowledge and experience. Although primarily operating in the UK the company has delivered services across a number of European Countries and the USA. During 2012 the company provided services to various aspects of the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics including two media centres, outside broadcast locations, the London Ambassadors programme and the Torch Roadshow.
