FAQs and the latest business advice for Step 4
We’re asking people to continue to be cautious and still do what they can to keep each other safe. From Monday, the majority of COVID restrictions were removed, but people should continue to reduce the risk of transmission and follow the recommended safety measures. To help you keep your staff and customers safe, we have created a series of FAQs that explain best practice.

Future Chippenham update
This week Cabinet approved a new Future Chippenham scheme based on feedback received during the recent public consultation on the distributor road route options.
This scheme is based on the southern section of the distributor road from the A4 through to the A350 junction at Lackham roundabout delivering between 3,800 to 4,200 new homes and associated infrastructure. This is still dependent on the sites being allocated in the Local Plan review and agreement from Homes England.
You can find out more about the feedback from the consultation and this new scheme in the Cabinet report which is available on our website (https://cms.wiltshire.gov.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=141&MId=14111&Ver=4) .
