We are delighted to announce that at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 19th June, we will be launching a new initiative,
“Chamber Skills Bank”.
We all work in businesses that face challenges every day:
– Sales growth
– Managing overheads
– Optimising process
– Managing workforce
Many problems and opportunities are common to most businesses so why don’t we share our knowledge, support fellow Chamber members and benefit from the experience of others?
Chamber members who commit to offering up to 2 hours a month will receive a list of those in the bank and their skills, and everyone can contribute and use the bank as required.
This initiative is the brainchild of Tom McInerney from Etherlive and the Chamber owes its thanks and gratitude to him. Tom will be at the AGM to present the concept to you and explain further.
Please join us at Brinkworth House on Wednesday,
19 June from 5.30pm to 7.00pm for further information
Following the presentation, we will be hosting our AGM.
For those who have been before, you will know that we will elect the new committee on the evening, but we always try to keep the AGM itself as short as we can. This format allows time afterwards to catch up with other members in a relaxed atmosphere. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a committee member.
Tea and cakes will be provided.
This is a free of charge event but so we know numbers, please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you to Brinkworth House for hosting the event.
We look forward to seeing you there.
